First of Three Class Descriptions: Comms

Megan, Camry and I are team teaching our four day course. This is a post on what we are teaching the girls. Jeff and Matt and their teams will post subsequently on their budgeting and entrepreneur classes.

We began Day 1 with basic communication skills. Both interpersonal and broad communications. How to keep things simple and say what you want. We did a few improv games to have some fun.

Today we will talk about resume writing. We will do a high level review and then break into small groups and start writing and helping them 1:1.

Days 3 & 4 we will start with basic interviewing skills. Then we will work with them 1:1 to practice interviews.
